Understanding Types of Peppers - Video

Summary: The pepper is one of those quintessential ingredients for cooking. In order to use them properly when cooking, it helps to have a little understanding of the types of peppers there are.

The following is the video's transcript:

Peppers come in all shapes and sizes. But there are two types of peppers, mild and spicy.

The usual pepper that you find in your grocery store is called a bell pepper, and they're big and green. The other types of peppers are paprika and cheretine, and these are more of your mild types of peppers. But, I have to warn you, it's really, really hot.

You can also use for decorations. But honestly, why would you use them for decorations when you can eat them? If you found this tip interesting and helpful, we have hundreds of other tips on our website. So check them out!
