The following is the video's transcript:
You can easily build a raised bed garden at your own house. You just have to pick a location that receives about six hours of sunlight each day, and follow these steps.
Decide on a design and height. Make your frame any shape you want. Depending on your materials, and time you want to spend on the frame, the height of your garden bed can be three or four feet high, but at least one foot off the ground. Erect the walls of the raised bed with concrete blocks, logs, wooden planks, railroad ties, stone or brick.
For proper drainage use two inches of gravel under the base of the raised bed. Your raised bed should be no more than four feet wide, with pathways between each bed wide enough for wheelbarrows to comfortably pass through.
Make a soil mixture of dirt and compost, and fill it about an inch from the top. Don't overcrowd your plants, they're naturally claustrophobic. Regularly water your raised garden plants. They require more water than standard gardening plots.
My final word of caution is that these are heavy and hard to move, so make sure that you plant it exactly where you want them. For more gardening tips, keep watching Tips.Net.
